I can't see the pictures - I get a blank box where the pictures should be.

We have determined that your Windows Internet settings can affect the way ArmchairTour displays pictures. If you can see the text and hear the sounds in the ArmchairTour, but you can't see the pictures, here's a workaround that should allow you to see the ArmchairTour pictures:

1. On your Windows desktop, double-click the "My Computer" icon.

2. In the My Computer window, double-click the folder called "Control Panel".

3. In the Control Panel window, double-click the "Internet Options" icon.

4. A dialog box appears called "Internet Options".

5. Click the "Advanced" tab at the top of the dialog box.

6. In the Settings list, scroll down until you see the "Multimedia" heading. 

7. Under Multimedia, make sure that the box labeled "Show Pictures" is checked.

8. Click the OK button


If the Show Pictures option was already checked, and you still cannot see the photos, then please contact technical support at support@armchairtour.com. Include the version of Internet Explorer you have installed, as well as the drive letter of your CD-ROM drive.
